We may pay large balances in daily portions across successive weekdays.

Every withdrawal request is subject to a 48-hour pending period, during which we may reverse it in full or in part. Once this period ends, we process payments the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals typically take 3 working days, e-wallets 1-3 working days, Direct Bank Transfer 6-10 working days, and CAD EFT or eCheck 2-3 working days. If you use a payout method for the first time, we may need a further 5-7 working days to complete processing.

Bonuses and Promotions

At Luxury Casino, we reward new players with a welcome package spread across your first five deposits. We treat certain behaviours as irregular play, including single bets of 25% or more of your bonus balance, using autoplay to clear wagering, placing even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps, or Roulette, triggering game features after your bonus balance hits zero, withdrawing deposits before your bonus is fully wagered, and hedge betting. We reserve the right to void winnings resulting from such activity.
